Couples Massage
This class is to teach couples how to give massage to their partner and it will focus on each persons individual problem areas. We will demonstrate general techniques and work with each couple one on one for help with specific issues. NOTE: Class will be limited to 8 couples.

Fibromyalgia-It isn't for sissies!
Rebecca Rengo is a coach, therapist, speaker and educator with 26 years of experience whose mission is to educate the public on chronic pain issues. She is the author of a book called "Beyond Chronic Pain". While the seminar is focused on the pain of Fibromyalgia, anyone with chronic pain is invited to attend. The cost is $10 to pre-register, or $15 at the door. The first 50 people to register will receive a free copy of Rebecca's book, "Beyond Chronic Pain".
