If scheduled to work at least 72 hours per pay period, you are eligible for:
Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long Term Disability Insurance
NKCH pays 100% of the cost First day of the month following 30 days of employment.

If scheduled to work 48 hours or more per pay period, you are eligible for:
Health Care Coverage You share the cost of the premium with NKCH First day of the month following 30 days of employment
Dental Care Coverage You share the cost of the premium with NKCH First day of the month following 30 days of employment
Flexible Spending Accounts You may defer pretax up to $5,000 per year for medical expenses and up to $5,000 per year for dependent care expenses First day of the month following 30 days of employment
Vision Plan Low monthly cost for eye exam, glasses and contact coverage First day of the month following 30 days of employment or annually during enrollment period

All employees may be eligible for:

Paid Time Off (PTO) Hours Accrue 7.08 hours up to 13.26 hours every two weeks depending on years of service. PTO Sellback & Sharing benefits available.  Eligible to use after 90 days
Short Term Disability (STD) Hours Full time employees accrue 40 hrs per year. Eligible to use after 90 days.
Defined Benefit/Retirement Plan NKCH pays 100% of the cost A career reward plan funded entirely by NKCH
Tax Deferred Annuity/403(b) Plan and 457 plan You may contribute a percent of your gross annual income, up to the maximum allowed by the federal tax codes. At any time

Educational Assistance NKCH reimburses up to $1,500 depending on scheduled work hours After 90 days of employment

Leave of Absence Use PTO & STD for pay while on leave. At the time of employment depending upon the type of leave
