Swine Flu Information
North Kansas City Hospital has valuable information about what H1N1 (swine) Flu is, causes, symptoms, treatment and ways to prevent infection. Click here for the information. Hospital staff are cooperating fully with the local public health department to provide early detection and containment of the H1N1 (swine) flu as we would with any infectious illness. Education is ongoing with our staff regarding the necessary precautions and treatment to ensure that we are keeping both our staff and the public safe.

Join us in the Farmer's Market Pavilion at 5th & Walnut, City Market on July 1, August 5, September 2 and October 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for free health screenings and health & wellness information for the whole family. Learn how to choose fresh fruits and vegetables for your dinner table and shop locally grown produce. Sleep Apnea Support Group Back by popular demand the July meeting of the sleep awareness and support group will feature the free CPAP Equipment Fair at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, PrairieView Room, Health Services Pavilion. Participants can meet with CPAP/Bi-Level equipment representatives who will share the latest and most popular equipment and supplies for treating sleep apnea.
