Heart Month 2016

Heart Health Month 2016

February is American Heart Month. To celebrate, we’ll be hosting several community events; airing fun, educational videos; and offering a few take-aways to help you continue living a healthier lifestyle.

Why is American Heart Month so important? It raises awareness about cardiovascular disease, the No. 1 killer of men and women. Nearly 50% all Americans have at least one major risk factor, but many don’t know it, and others don’t act fast enough when they experience the warning signs.

Enjoy our American Heart Month festivities, and make some time to take your ticker to the doctor.
