Whether you're here as a patient or a visitor, we want your experience to be the best it can be. We have services in place that help our guests focus on their loved ones and allow our patients to focus on getting better.

Parking & Valet Service
Parking is always free for our patients and guests. We also offer free valet service to patients and visitors at the Pavilion 1st Floor entrance.
During the hours of 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday - Friday, attendants will park and retrieve vehicles. After 8 p.m., guests will call Security personnel at ext. 2066 for help retrieving their vehicles. Valet parking is not available to employees, physicians, office tenant staff or conference attendees.
Visitors to the Pavilion should park in the Pavilion garage (multi-level) on the south end of campus.
If you're coming to the hospital, park in the East parking garage (street level) across from the Main Entrance.

All doors, except for the Main Entrance, lock at 10:30 p.m. They unlock at 5 a.m. Monday-Friday, and 6 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The Emergency Department entrance is open 24/7.

Every effort is made to complete your discharge by 2 p.m. so you can fill prescriptions, avoid rush hour traffic and can get settled at home before evening.
