get assistance fulfilling a patient or visitor's non-clinical, "little
extra" request by calling the Service Excellence concierge pager.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After hours or on
weekends, you may leave a message at extension 4409 and Service
Excellence will make your request a priority at 8 a.m. on the next
business day.
