My Health Patient Portal

Patient PortalNorth Kansas City Hospital offers our patients convenient, secure access to their medical information online. You can view portions of your personal health record and share with your physicians. This complimentary service provides better communication between patients, their physicians and our hospital.

Note: this is not your entire medical record. Radiology results will be incorporated into My Health in 2015.

Health Record

My Health gives you access to your North Kansas City Hospital medical record. Some of the features include:

  • Check your lab results, generally available in a few days
  • View your medication list (uneditable)
  • View your allergies and immunizations (uneditable)
  • View your personal health summary (uneditable)

Appointments

You can view details of upcoming appointments and request appointment changes.

Patient Information

You have the ability to update your personal information, including insurance data. You do this by submitting the changes to our Admitting department. The update will not be reflected immediately, but will take up to 3 business days.

You also have access to:

  • Pay your bill online
  • Find a physician
  • Pre-register for hospital appointments
  • Sign up for wellness classes

How to Sign Up

Patients, 18 years old and older, who wish to participate will be issued a My Health activation code during their registration. This code will enable you to login and create your own password. If you were not issued an activation code at registration, you may visit one of the following departments in the Hospital.

Health Information Management, 2nd Floor Hospital
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Main Lab, 2nd Floor Hospital
Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You'll need:

  • Valid photo id
  • Active email account
  • Computer with access to the internet
  • To have been a patient at North Kansas City Hospital

You cannot activate an account until you have visited one of the designated Hospital departments with a photo id and been given an activation access code.

Activate Your Account

You will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account. Access My Health online or follow the links in the email invitation. 

My Health is not intended for use in emergencies. For urgent medical matters, contact your physician’s office, go to the emergency room or call 911. 

If you do not have a physician, you can use our free find a doctor search or call 816-221-HEAL.
