Seeking a BC/BE general neurologist to join well established group in providing care to patients in the Kansas City (Missouri) Northland area. This opportunity exists due to one physician's upcoming retirement. 

Serving the community for 25 years, Northland Neurological Associates is a general neurology practice specializing in the treatment of headaches, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and neuromuscular diseases. The office is located in the medical building attached to North Kansas City Hospital, the practice features EMG, EEG, Botox, neurostimulator management, and an EMR. Physicians have quick access to both inpatients and outpatients.

Meritas Health & North Kansas City Hospital

Meritas Health was established in 1994 and is a subsidiary of North Kansas City Hospital, a 451 bed, acute care facility located in North Kansas City, Missouri.  Meritas Health, the employed physician network is a multi-specialty group practice with over 22 different Northland locations, comprised of nearly 90 physicians with specialties in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, cardiology, general surgery, ENT, pulmonary medicine, neurology and occupational medicine.  

North Kansas City Hospital is a full service, 451-bed, Level II trauma center that offers physicians and patients the most advanced medical equipment available. All hospital rooms are private. Annual admissions are 21,000 and 64,000 emergency visits each year.  The hospital maintains a medical staff consisting of nearly 600 physicians providing excellent specialty coverage to deliver high quality medical care.
