Savory Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg's liquid aminos
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • Pinch of fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Dip chicken in dried spices, lemon juice and Bragg's liquid aminos and coat with herb mixture. Bake chicken in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
