Diagnostic Heart Testing

An accurate diagnosis is critical for treating a heart condition. Our highly trained cardiology staff will conduct these specialized tests on the North Kansas City Hospital campus, review the results and recommend the best course of treatment based on their findings.

Testing may involve walking on a treadmill, taking medications to test the heart's function, using noninvasive ultrasound to view the heart's structure or inserting a scope to view inside the body.

Our Emergency Department and other acute cardiac services are close by for additional support.
