Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation

Each individual admitted to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit is evaluated and a specific rehabilitation plan is developed. A highly skilled clinical team develops each individualized treatment plan with patient and family input, and meets weekly to discuss the progress of each patient and revise goals, if necessary.
