Banana Kale Smoothie


  • 1 cup unsweetened alomd mil
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (preferably unflavored or vanilla)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Add more almond milk or water if it's too thick; add ice cubes if you would like to thicken it up.

Makes 2, 6 ounce servings

Each 6 ounce serving provides approximately 140 calories, 16 grams protein and 2.5 grams fiber. These numbers will vary based on the brand of protein used.
