She was right on time. Got right down to business and all my referrals done. Only downside and not her fault, is only getting to see her for 3 things due to time constraints.

Ashley Lassiter is my favorite provider to see at my metitas office. She is friendly, efficient and always takes the time to listen. It is also great that she can usually get me in the same day or early the next day when I need to be seen. She calls prescriptions in quickly and schedule any follow up appointment at check out, so there's no delay in care. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a provider.

Unfortunately I did not not see Ashley. I saw Dr. Jackson. First I waited 30 minutes in the lobby and at least 30 in the room until she finally showed. She was having computer problems and I was told that and I understood. But she came in and I had mentioned to the nurse it was not just a yearly visit. I had seen Ashley and was supposed to see her 2 weeks later. No appointment was available so I told the lady at the front desk I had an appointment on the 11th. She said well we will just call it and use that date for both yearly and 2 week check up concerning pneumonia. I tried to explain this to Dr jackson and I told her I would rather address my concerns about daily headaches cough running nose. She asked how long they had been going on and I said I gave been feeling really bad last 3 or 4 days. She informed me I should have told receptionist this because they have cancer patients and people that are highly susceptible that come in there and I could have infected them. She said she had to go change her mask and left. This made me mad and I started crying. I didn't ask to wait 30 minutes out front. These were same symptoms I was being treated for they just got worse. And everyone that came in after me was immediately taken back so I wasn't putting anyone at risk. She came back and said these were not signs of pneumonia and that I had said they started 3 or 4 days ago. I corrected her and said it old you they got worse in last 3 or 4 days. She said she was going to test me for flu and covid. I waited another 15 minutes and got up and opened the door because I could here laughing at the dest. Dr jackson looked up and said she is coming. I said when. The last time I was here I was left in the room a full 30 minutes after my breathing treatment was over. I had to go ask if they forgot me. Nurse came back test was negative. Go home and get better. I was supposed to have surgery nextWed. Dr moore from st lukes wanted to know how pneumoniawas before he could proceed. Well i sure dont know anything at this point. Dr. Kackson insulted me and made me cry. The nurse practioner was 💯 I lost 10 pounds which she didnt acknowledge and i needed potassium ordered. Thanks for nothing .

I like going here. This office is super close to my house. Staff is always quick and concise with their questions and always allow me opportunities to speak freely and descriptively. Ashley was the nurse that I dealt with today. She was excellent at analyzing the information I was giving her and properly assessing my situation and giving me a thorough explanation of how she plans to manage my treatment plan. I definitely recommend Ashley if you are looking for open minded care.

This nurse practitioner is competent, pleasant and performed initial exam, pap smear, and ordered blood work prior to referral. However, at this point I had been dealing with symptoms for several months that obviously needed the immediate attention of an OBGYN, and when I called my primary care doctor, I made this clear. Therefore, I felt this initial exam and the extra week that went by before the "urgent" request for an appointment with an OBGYN was set was detrimental to my case, since it was all repeated once I saw Dr. Green and had to have another blood draw done for a test for cancer markers that should have been included in the first blood work request by Ms. Lassiter. I am not saying she was lacking in service, friendliness, or in any other way (except that possibly somehow the "urgent" referral request was not taken care of until I called a week later to say I had not heard from anyone) I am simply questioning if some of this was somehow redundant and slowed the response to an issue of several months' standing that should have gone immediately to an OBGYN. Obviously, something abnormal and critical was going on.

Ashley Lasseter (Nurse Practitioner) did a great job, she took the time to listen to my concerns and gave meaningful feedback and advice. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful, and the team provides excellent service and compassionate care!

I was a last minute appointment . I Fell and thought I had pulled a muscle on my left side. Ashley asked me all kind of questions and decided I needed an x-ray to see if i have cracked a rib. She was very concerned about it, after thorough exam she felt I needed an echo and a check on my cartoroid too. I felt very comfortable with her.
