I have seen a few different family practitioners and Dr. Jackson is the best one I’ve had!! She listens to all my concerns, asks questions to try to figure out what may be causing it, and comes up with a plan to get to the bottom of it. She is always so caring and kind! It’s hard to find a doctor that you trust, but I know I can trust Dr. Jackson and that I’m in good hands.
Very professional and trustworthy
I was nervous to find and select a doctor. I just had my first appointment with Victoria R. Jackson, D.O. and she was wonderful. I felt more heard and respected as a patient than ever before.
Check-in was super easy. Shortly prior to my appointment I received a text to bypass the front desk by checking in by text. My Dr. Victoria Jackson was very attentive to my concerns as was the staff member who initially saw me. Start to finish with blood work was about a hour. Outstanding experience. Thank you

I’ve found Dr Jackson to be quite capable and compassionate towards her patients. If she believes that a specialist would be in your best interest. She will refer you to one. If you have a specialist that you prefer. She will refer you to them. I’m completely satisfied with her as my PCP.
Had to do a follow-up on an injury to my leg. She made sure that I was well taken care of and get to see the doctors that I need to see for this situation. Just wanted to say thank you

Visit went as it should. Wasn't kept waiting for longer than 15 minutes total to see the doctor. Nurse was friendly, Dr. Jackson is always friendly. The lab took a little longer as people were in front of me, but got out in good time.

I wish this organization was a bit more understanding. My review is not based on the service of the doctor. I was not able to meet the doctor. I am new to the area and tried to get myself and daughter on time to the facility. We had a hurdle with Google Maps and then got confused once inside the building. We tried contacting the office it took a few times to be able to speak to someone. We were 10 minutes late. Told that our appointments would both need to be rescheduled. It might all work out for the best in the long run. Something to consider if you lack efficacy and are trying to juggle a lot. This place was not flexible.
First time seeing her. She is definitely in the right field of work she has compassion and she cares about the well being of her patients. Glad I chose her and I'm looking forward to seeing her in the future
I really liked my visit with Dr Victoria Jackson today she was explained things too me and showed a lot of concern for my health. She has a great bedside manner and I am glad she is my Dr now and going forward.
She was so sweet, punctual to my appointment time and took the time to listen to all my concerns. So glad I made the switch to Meritas Health! Also they had a lab in clinic so right when I was done with my appointment I went directly down the hall for blood work. I was in and out with my appointment and labs within a hour and a half.

Dr. Jackson showed a lot of concern for my questions and symptoms. She told me what things I was eating contributed to my condition and used examples in her experience to ease my mind. She was empathetic to the changes in my life due to age and I appreciate her honesty. The medication she prescribed was spot on. I'm on the mend and feeling better.
Not good. She was dismissive of my acute concerns, and also dismissive of a condition my physician has been watching for 20 years. When seen for an acute illness and the tests came back negative, she offered nothing to treat my obvious symptoms. I ended up having to seek treatment elsewhere.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Jackson and she made me feel heard and is very kind. As soon as she walked in I knew I was going to like her. She’s very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I told her about my family history and she wanted to have everything tested, which I’ve been trying to get some with other doctors. She took her time addressing my concerns instead of rushing me out. I really do appreciate her staff and would recommend her to anyone.

I love Dr. Jackson and for her I would give 5 stars. She listens and takes her time to be thorough and I feel like I have her attention during appointments. However, the wait times are ridiculous. My usual wait time from my appointment time and being put in a room to when I get seen is 45 minutes. Then if you have to get labs, it can be another 30-45 minute wait for those. I know if I showed up 45 minutes late to my appointment, they wouldn't even see me and it's disappointing when you're time isn't respected either as I'm usually coming in the middle of a work day.
As a first time patient of Dr. Jackson, she was very kind, open and honest in her feedback and approach to care. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship and positive health journey going forward.

I met with Ms. Victoria Jackson on 4/3/24 in hopes of finding a physician that would be concerned about the standard of care to be given to me. I was pleasantly surprised with her attentiveness and endearing concern towards my situation. (which requires alot) Ms. Victoria was very professional and down to earth, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone I encountered in the office (nurse assistant/scheduling/lab tech) were AWESOME. I heard good things about her, and came to find that all was true and then some! I could go on, but I digress.

The staff is super friendly. However you have to wait a long time to get in once you’re checked in. Then I’m told after having the impression my medications were going to be prescribed that they weren’t going to be prescribed when the doctor started talking to me. There are two doctors that wouldn’t prescribe recently. They have had so much turn over. I started going in 2012 and it was a good office.

I have never felt as comfortable with a doctor as I have with Dr. Jackson. Telling her about your health concerns is like talking to a good friend. She set up annual exams that I had been putting off, made practical suggestions and scheduled a follow up visit. Everyone should have a Dr. like Dr. Jackson.

Even though I was between 20-30 minutes late she let me stay there to work me end and it was closing B4 she saw me. She wants to check out my heart B4 making a final decision about what's wrong with my health and she took the time to get to know me. Then I couldn't afford to take uber or Lyft home and couldn't get a hold of any of my friends so her lab technician took me home. So nice. Thx again
