Staff was friendly. Dr Campobasso showed interest about family history and myself. Asked pertinent questions and listened to responses. I was very comfortable with confiding in him.

I did have to wait past my appointment time to be called back. However, I’d sit there all day to be seen by Dr Campobasso and his nurse (didn’t catch her name). I have been having trouble finding a new doctor but after this appointment I’m sold. He listens, thinks, makes a plan, and communicates what’s next. Clean building and easy parking
Dr John Campobasso is an excellent doctor. He's very thorough and if there is anything he can't treat then he'll send you to a specialist. He never rushes you and always answers every question completely. Our family has always had the best quality health care with him. He is the best doctor I've ever gone to.

Dr John has been my primary care physician for 15 years. Prior to that I was hus coming and seroquel rep for 10 years so I've known him 25 years. I love the guy and hope he loves forever. His m.a. Raven is also someone I've gotten to know over that last few years. She has an awesome touch if u will. She doesn't make me feel "processed" like so many large corporate practices do. I feel like I'm seeing friends when I go there because I am. Veritas owns it but it still feels like the old foxwood which is why I stay

Dr. John listened well to my health concerns. He rectified my medicine list, and ordered needed test. Loved his professional manner.
Dr. John always takes the time he needs to thoroughly question the symptoms that could have brought about the problem you are experiencing. His nurse also does a thorough job of getting your vitals and questions your activities at the time of your incident to provide the Dr. Dr. John then goes over your meds to determine if the problem may be eliminated by adjusting your meds. He also explains the circumstances which may occur and when you need to call the office to tell him of the results. I've been seeing Dr. John for more than 24 years and I have always been treated respectfully by all the members of the staff as well as Dr. John. He always treats me as though I am the only patient he is seeing that day. He is always cheerful, or empathetic depending on the potential issues which brought you in. And if he is concerned about your possible diagnosis, he will refer you to a specialist or for MRI or CT scan of your injuries. Depending on the results of the tests, he may then refer you to a specialist. I would recommend Meritas Vivion and Dr. John to anyone wanting a doctor that cares and performs as if he is invested in your well being, which of course, he is.
Dr John is a very good Doctor he listens to how I feel and what is bothering me he does care about his patients. He prescribes the medication that helps me.

I always have a positive visit with Dr. Campabasso. He listens to my concerns. He has been my doctor for over 40 years . He has saved my husband's life when I couldn't get his cardiologist to pay attention to my concerns Dr. Campabasso did. Because of him my husband is still alive. He helped me with a broken foot when the orthopedic surgeon I was seeing told me it wasn't broken, I just needed to walk on it.. Dr Campabasso is the best in my opinion

In the middle of speaking to the scheduling person, she hung up on me. I asked if they took UHC and she said no. I stated they were all over the UHC website. I was told "who cares" and hung up on. I promise I will never recommend Meritas or NKC Hospital! I have been in the medical field for 30 years myself. This isn't the way to garner trust from people. Sad part is, I used to see Dr John for years and was never treated like that when he was in private practice.

This Dr. did not treat my sister properly for a blood clot. He did not give her medication for the clot. He told her to take ibuprofen. She went to see him twice more and specifically requested a bloodthinner. Again, he elected not to treat her properly. My sister died last week of a pulmonary embolism. I do not recommend this Dr. for your medical needs.

Dr John and his staff are very friendly and show they care about their patients even the front desk is courteous. The only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is the wait time can be more than 30 minutes on top of being there 15 minutes early like they want you to be. To have a good Dr like John is why I wait.

Dr Jon is amazing! Been a patient about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Hate the fact that retirement is coming sooner than later. Will never find a suitable replacement. Dr's like him are a dieing breed. The new generation of Dr's just don't appeal to me with their new-age style of treatment and bedside manner.
I've been going to Dr John for several I can Imagine going to anyone else. He is always personable and makes you feel comfortable many of my friends go to him also .

Dr. Camppobasso was my physician for almost 10 years. He was caring, understanding, and always took his time. I never felt rushed and I always got the best care. I moved out of state years ago so he's no longer my primary doctor, but I wish he was! He's the best. Miss having a doctor like him.
I have been with Dr John every since I moved to KC in 1998. I love having him as my doctor and have always had good appointments with him. My ONLY issue with this office is his partner Dr Marx who REFUSES to ever return an after hours page. I've put in formal complaints more than once and he's still the on call physician. Dr John is fantastic though! Although it does take some time to get an appointment with him, there are other options in place.
Absolutely he is one of the best. I have been going to him quite a while and l feel l get my answers very well. He is an excellent Dr. and listens very well. I don’t want him to ever retire.
This man was my Grandmother's Doctor he was treating her for breatcaner & had been her family Doctor for year's she trusted him. Six months before my Grandmother's death she started going to him about serious stomach pain he out right called her a hypercondriac my Grandmother died of liver cancer. I would not recommend this man to someone I despised
My entire family see's Dr. John for over twenty years my husband & I go together he addresses us each separate and it may take 15 minutes or much longer. My husband has two kinds of cancer Dr John doesn't treat him for that but has been amazing helping us navigate threw this. There are no words that I could say that would be enough to thank him for just being him. He and his wonderful nurse have held our hands threw this horrible time.

I have posted to the public,This is John Campabosso in the Northland,Address is 2000 N.E.Vivion Road,Kc.mo.64118,This office is one of the biggest jokes of the Northland,you call to get an appointment after being in the hospital,and the doctor is out for days,then somebody talks to you and makes excuses,its rediculous and a major joke,do NOT,I repeat,DO NOT put your lives in these people's hands,they are bad news.I was told by the hospital on Friday,April 12,19,to get my doctor to schedule me for an MRI,I was told he wasnt in,then I call Monday the 15th of April just to be told that he wont be in until Wednesday the 17th,its now the 19th of April,and I'm told he cant see me to schedule an MRI,because he's booked for 2 weeks,so I would suggest any and all of you to get your medical records and find a real doctor else where,playing with your lives is not a game you want to play.
You wont fine anyone that genuinly cares for their patients, is well grounded, and a down to earth human being, while still yet is humbled with each and every visit, that you chose him for your health care needs. I will be for ever grateful for the care he has provided to myself and my family.

He has been my Primary for 24 years. Dr. Campobasso is the best Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and being treated and cared for.
I love Dr. John, and have been a patient for over 20 years...but the wait times are horrific, so if you love to wait this office is for you. They consistently run behind, plan on sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour. The wait in the exam hours generally a 20/30 minute wait. My kids have seen Dr. John for 14 years, they only doctor they have ever had, it is sad that this office doesn't respect the time of their patients.
I've been a patient of Dr. John for over 20 years. I respect his medical knowledge. He listens and gives me the appropriate amount of time for my visits. I go to him for medical advice when seeking an opinion for surgical procedures. He was a comfort when diagnosed with cancer and his staff immediately made the calls to an oncologist and surgeon. He personally called me to give me the diagnosis. He treats me as a partner in my healthcare andI trust my healthcare in his hands.

He is a good guy and a great family doctor. Been going to him my whole life and I am 24 years old. But I know longer have time in my schedule to wait an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. His medical assistants never answer the phone and they do not call back. Unless you are trying to schedule an appointment of course
