If I had the option to give negative stars, he would get minus a million. This man sees patients as vessels for the nerves he wants to play with. I was treated as less than human for recently herniated discs in my cervical spine. My pain was inconsequential to him. He told me that everyone has herniated discs by 50. Demonstrably untrue, my 78 year old mother hasn't had a herniated disc in her whole life. I felt unseen and unheard. He has been practicing for 4 years. His ego walked into that room before he made it thru the door. He has not been practicing long enough to have an ego that big. I hope he learns some humility. I doubt my opinion will matter to him, but hopefully it'll save one of you the time and trouble. So yourself a favor and watch his video.

Dr. Kesarwani listened to situation and gave his professional input on my situation. I was unsure at first of the whole process but gained knowledge from him asto what my problems were, which made feel very confident and comfortable. He was able to find a problem that other specialists didn't, which if left alone would have caused further problems. From my past, my injuries or problems have never been easily solved, but so far he has done Excellent job and I'm very grateful. He tells you how it is, but he also has good sense of compassion. This Doctor is excellent at his job. He has a great bedside manner & doesn't give you false hope. He simply explains your diagnosis the way it is. He will sit down & talk with you. He doesn't just give his opinion, he listens to the patient & the families concerns.
Excellent experience. Great personal manner and very knowledgeable. Explains things that will ease any questions that you may have. Going to have the surgery in about 45 days but very pleased with him.

I felt very brushed off and rushed with this doc. I have to go back and see him again too. I was able to get some meds for my nerve pain but a lot of issues were not his area or he made feel as if my symptoms were stupid and didn’t make sense. Said he was sending a referral for pain management and they would contact me for appointment. It’s been a week and nobody has contacted me. I feel semi gaslit and failed again and he brushed off my spinal disorder which is why I was sent to him and acted as if the spine was fine to him. I’m very disappointed.
I have had nothing but good experiences from the front desk to the checkout desk. Everyone has been professional, courteous, and friendly. And, I really appreciate the time I spent with the doctor himself. He gave me his undivided attention and listened patiently to all my concerns. Great first visit. Dr. K was very nice, thorough and serious. He told me that surgery could help my disc problem and spinal stenosis, he didn’t push that. Instead we decided on a different course of action and a follow up appointment with him in two months. Very satisfied with the outcome of the visit with Dr. Kerawani.

The hospital and staff was amazing. Dr Kesarwani was/is an AWESOME doctor, he gave me my life back. I had trigeminal neuralgia. He’s the best and will definitely help in getting his name out to the public. My neurologist has his name and is going to send him patients. What a blessing North Kansas City Hospital has with him being on staff.

On my first visit, I felt he truly cared about his patients. I didn't feel the same way after the second visit. I lost confidence very quickly when he alluded to the fact that he didn't want to try to help me if my pain was not associated with sciatica which is why I went to him. He was no longer concerned with what is causing the pain.
Was refer to him by my family doctor to relieve pressure on the spine. At the appointment the doctor didn't even know why I was there and assumed I was there for surgery on my spine and kept telling me I was too overweight for surgery. He insisted on recording the entire visit on his phone saying it would be transcribed later. Seemed very sketchy.
The doctor was fantastic. Not wanting to jump right into spinal surgery. He suggested some less invasive measures. He is not trying to get rich. He truly wants to help people. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend him to anyone with back pain. I do have to say that the receptionist up front was very unfriendly and rude to me.
Waited for 2 hours in doctor's office. Was in extreme pain. 3 days after office visit I completely went down.
