Fitness Center

The Fitness Center, located on 3rd Floor of the Professional Building, is furnished with clean, modern equipment for cardiovascular and strength training.

The Wellness Pool is located on 2nd Floor Pavilion. Neither the competition-sized (25 meters) Wellness Pool or the Warm Water Therapy Pool have a lifeguard on duty. You can access the Pools through the locker rooms.

The pool locker rooms have showers with body wash, hair dryers and day lockers.

The Warm Water Therapy Pool is only available for classes and physical therapy. We offer several options for pool classes.

Types of Memberships:

• Credit Card / Debit Card - $35.00 per person (rates are per month)
  • Complete the membership application to receive an access badge.
• NKCH Employee Payroll Deduction- $17.50 per/person (rates per 26 pay periods) Meritas employees are not eligible for payroll deduction.
  • Complete online payroll Enrollment and/or Cancellation Form on the intranet.
  • Notification by email from FC staff of completion will inform you when your card will begin access.

The FC staff will determine if a physician medical clearance is necessary from the participation questionnaire; we will contact you if it is required.

Cancellations

Memberships are month to month with a re-occurring deduction. Cancellations require a 30-day notice by contacting the Fitness Center or by filling out the cancellation form.

Anyone, over the age 16, is eligible for a membership. You must agree to complete the membership application before using the facilities and comply with the rules of conduct. You must also read and agree to the Affirmation & Liability Waiver.

Your active membership gives you 24 hour, seven days a week access to the Fitness Center and Wellness Pool. Once you complete your membership application, you'll meet with Fitness Center staff to complete your enrollment.

Membership is $35 per month and is payable by credit card. There are no enrollment fees. Cancellations require a 30-day notice.
